1. Check the appearance and transparency
High quality hoses are transparent and clean, with no large amount of bubbles, black spots or impurities on the pipe wall. The thickness of the pipe wall is uniform, and the internal steel wire patterns are clear and neat. If the pipe is turbid, with uneven thickness, or if the internal steel wire is sparse and of poor quality, it is prone to damage and leakage during use.

2. Test flexibility
Bend the hose by hand, high-quality hoses are soft and resilient, and will not turn white or crack after bending. If it turns white and hard with a gentle fold, it indicates poor quality of the raw materials. When the temperature is low, it will become more brittle and easily break.

3. Confirm specifications and pressure resistance
Select the pipe diameter according to its intended use. For self-priming and negative pressure water intake scenarios, priority should be given to reinforced steel wire structures to prevent the pipes from being flattened during pumping; When conveying media with high pressure, pay attention to the pressure parameters marked on the hose and do not choose products with insufficient pressure.

4. Smell the odor
Products with qualified quality have a slight odor. If the pungent plastic smell is strong, it indicates that the raw materials are poor and long-term use can accelerate aging.

Precautions for use：
1. Only suitable for conveying medium at room temperature, and it is prohibited to transport high-temperature hot water. High temperature will accelerate the aging of PVC, making the pipes harder and brittle, leading to cracking and water leakage.

2. When installing wiring, avoid gravel, sharp edges, and metal burrs to prevent scratching the pipe wall; Try to minimize prolonged squeezing and repeated excessive bending of the hose.

3. It is not allowed to transport strong acidic and corrosive solvents, as these media can corrode the PVC pipe wall, damage the steel wire structure, and significantly shorten the service life.

4. After using the hose for a period of time, it should be checked regularly. Once the pipe wall is found to be white, hardened, cracked, or bulging, it should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid sudden pipe bursting and water leakage.
